Bill’s extensive development career began in 1995, serving as General Manager of Sales for Concert Properties. Having worked with some of the largest developers and marketing companies in B.C., Bill has been responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing, including land acquisition, planning and development, conception and execution of marketing and sales programs, and ongoing sales management. Seeing a void in the relationship between developers and marketing companies, Bill founded Otezs, with a view to combine old school common sense and work ethics with new-age technology and flare.
